When booking, I felt that the internet connecrtion was available. The person at the counter could not help us at all, about the internet connection. The receptionist the next morning told us that we could connect to T mobile based on payment. All this was unsatisfactory and we could not connect up with our mail. All other hotels have the internet facility available as standard and included in the price, In that respect your advertisement was very misleading.
